Title: Caviar Spread

Yield: 12 Servings

8	oz	Cream cheese, softened
1/2	c	Sour cream
1/2	ts	Grated onion
1	ts	Lemon juice
1	ds	Tabasco
3 1/2	oz	Caviar
		Lemon slices for garnish

Mix all ingredients except caviar and lemon slices. Place in mold; a round, fairly deep fruit dish will do. Chill. When firm turn out on serving dish. Ice with caviar, just as you would ice a cake. Place thin half slices of lemon around mold and circle lemon slices with toast rounds or party crackers. Provide spreader.

A beautiful, special occasion appetizer.
