Title: Corned Beef Pate

Yield: 6 Servings
2 | ts | Instant minced onion |
2/3 | c | Water |
1 | 12 ounce can corned beef | |
1 | 8 oz. braunschweiger roll | |
1/2 | c | Mayonnaise |
1 | tb | Vinegar |
1/2 | ts | Dry mustard |
Soften onion in water 5 minutes. Flake corned beef with fork. Add braunschweiger, mayonnaise, vinegar, dry mustard and onion. Place about 1/2 cup mixture in blender. Cover and blend at medium speed until smooth, remove from blender, repeat with remaining mixture. Turn into 3 1/2 cup mold or bowl. Chill. Unmold onto serving plate. Serve with crackers, rye bread rounds or rye wafers. Freezes well.
