Title: Ham and Cheese Log

Yield: 12 Servings
4 | oz | Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated |
8 | oz | Cream cheese, softened |
1 | 4 1/2 oz. can deviled ham | |
1/2 | c | Chopped ripe olives |
1/2 | c | Chopped pecans |
In small mixing bowl, beat cheeses until blended. Beat in deviled ham. Stir in olives and chill. Shape into 2 logs and roll in pecans. Chill before serving. Serve with crackers of your choice. Makes 2 cups.
