Title: Molded Shrimp Appetizer

10 | oz | Cream of shrimp soup |
6 | oz | Cream cheese |
1 | pk | Plain gelatin |
2 | tb | Milk |
1 | c | Chopped celery |
1 | c | Mayonnaise |
4 1/2 | oz | Canned shrimp, drained |
4 | Scallions, chopped | |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
1/4 | ts | Curry powder (to taste) |
Heat shrimp soup and cheese over low heat until cheese is melted. Stir softened gelatin into mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into mold. Chill several hours until firm. Serve with crackers. Do not freeze.
