Title: Chocolate Eggnog

Yield: 8 6 oz. cups
4 | c | Milk, divided |
4 | Eggs, separated | |
1/3 | c | Hershey's cocoa |
14 | oz | Can sweetened condensed milk |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
2 | ts | Brandy extract* |
1 | ts | Rum extract* |
In blender container place 1 c. milk, egg yholks, cocoa, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour mixture into large bowl; stir in remaining 3 c. milk and extracts, blending well. In small mixer bowl beat egg whites until soft peaks form; gently fold into milk mixture. Chill thoroughly. Stir well before serving. jSprnkle with grated chocolate.
*1/2 c. brandy or bourbon may be substituted for extracts.
