Title: My No Egg Eggnog

3tbCustard powder
4cMilk, 2%
  Rum flavouring
6tbSugar
  Nutmeg

In a large 8 cup glass measuring cup, mix custard powder and sugar. Add milk a little at a time til the mixture is blended and not lumpy then add the rest. Cook in microwave on high til it boils and thickens.

Add rum flavouring and nutmeg to taste and cool. Add milk to the desired thickness and serve chilled.

I love eggnog, but I don't need all the calories or cholesteral of the eggs.
