1 | lb | Ground Beef |
1 | sm | Onion, chopped |
1 | cn | Cream of Mushroom Soup |
1 | cn | Cream of Chicken Soup |
2 | c | Milk |
12 | oz | Salsa |
1 | cn | Green Chilis,small(optional) |
2 | c | Cheddar Cheese, shredded |
12 | Tortillas (flour or corn) |
Brown ground beef, draining fat. Add onion and cook additional 5 minutes. In large bowl, combine beef, soups, milk, salsa and green chili. In a 13 x 9" pan, layer tortillas, the above sauce, and cheese. Repeat until gone. Bake 1 hour at 300øF.
