Title: Fruity Ham Fry

1tbOlive oil
3cCured, cooked ham
2ozSnow peas
2/3cFresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cubed
1 Ruby grapefruit, peeled and cut into segments
2cBean sprouts
1 Red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
2tbSoy sauce
1tbClear honey
1 Piece star anise
1tsChinese Five-Spice powder

Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet until almost smoking. Add the ham, and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add the snow peas, pineapple, grapefruit, bean sprouts and bell pepper, then cook for an additional 5 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce, honey, star anise and Five-Spice powder. Stir-fry for an additional 5 minutes. Remove the star anise and serve with freshly cooked noodles.
