Title: Island Salsa
Categories: Mexican Salsa
Yield: 4 Servings

1cPineapple -- peeled and
  Chopped
1cMango -- peeled and chopped
1cYellow or red bell pepper --
  Chopped
2/3cKiwi fruit -- peeled and
  Chopped
1/2cRed onion -- finely chopped
1/4cFresh cilantro -- finely
  Chopped
1tsFresh lime juice
1/2tsSerrano chili with seeds --
  Minced
  Ground white pepper

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Season with white pepper and salt.

Makes 4 cups
