Title: Salsa Frita (Fried Sauce)

2 | md | Tomatoes -- peeled |
1 | sm | Onion |
1 | Clove garlic | |
1 | Canned chili serrano | |
1 | ts | Salt -- or less |
2 | tb | Olive oil |
Grind veggies together, add salt and fry in olive oil over low flame about five minutes. Serve hot, yield 8 servings.
