Title: Spicy Confetti Chicken Breasts

4 | Chicken breast halves | |
Salt and fresh ground | ||
Pepper | ||
1/4 | c | Fresh orange juice |
2 | tb | Chopped parsley |
2 | tb | Olive oil |
4 | sm | Fresh hot chiles, seeded, |

Chiles: Use a combo of red and green for best effect. I've used serranos, but Thai, or others would work well.
Rinse chicken with cold water and pat dry. Place in glass dish, or plastic bag, season with salt and pepper. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over chicken. Marinate at least 2 hours, or overnight in refrigerator. BBQ over hot coals 6-8 minutes, turn and baste with marinade. Continue turning and basting until just cooked through, about 16-20 minutes total.
