Title: Citrus and Cilantro Vinaigrette

1/2 | Grapefruit | |
1 | Orange | |
1 | Lemon | |
1 | Lime | |
1 | ts | Honey |
1 | tb | Sherry vinegar |
3 | tb | Olive oil |
1 | tb | Cilantro, chopped |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Juice the grapefruit, orange, lemon, and lime and combine the juice in a mixing bowl. Add the honey, vinegar, olive oil, and cilantro and mix well. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
