Title: Yorke Yoghurt

2 1/2 | c | Skim-milk powder |
5 1/2 | c | Cold water |
3 | tb | Low-fat plain yoghurt |
3 | tb | Liquid honey (optional) |
In large Pyrex or ceramic bowl, whisk together skim-milk powder and water. Microwave on High (100 percent) about 5 minutes, or until hot, or scald in large saucepan on medium heat. Cool to room temperature. Whisk in yoghurt. Place in cool oven overnight with oven light left on. In th morning, whisk in honey and refrigerate.
Suggestions: combine 4 peeled and diced oranges with 2 cups yorke yoghurt and 3/4 tsp. coconut extract and chill. This dessert serves 4. calories per serving 128.
