1 1/2lbRound steak, chopped
2tbFlour
  Salt
  Pepper
1mdOnion, sliced
1 Carrot, chopped
1 Stalk celery, chopped
15ozTomato sauce

Season flour with salt and pepper. Dredge meat flour. Place vegetables on bottom of crock, add meat, top with tomato sauce.
