8 | md | Russet potatoes |
1/4 | c | Non fat milk |
1/2 | c | Non fat sour cream |
1/8 | c | Parsley |
1 | ts | Onion powder |
1/2 | ts | Garlic powder |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Boil potatoes until soft, drain, cube and mash in a large bowl. Add all ingredients and mash together until well mixed. 1 % Fat
