Title: Smashed Potatoes

9 | md | Potatoes; |
1/2 | c | Nonfat sour cream; =OR=- |
1/2 | c | Nonfat yogurt; |
1/4 | c | Evaporated skim milk; |
1/4 | ts | Salt; |
1/2 | ts | Pepper; |
4 | ts | Butter-flavored sprinkles; |
2 | ts | Fresh chives; chopped |
Wash, peel, and quarter the potatoes. Place potatoes in a large saucepan with just enough water to cover them. Cover the saucepan and boil potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes or till tender. Drain the potatoes. Combine them with sour cream substitute, skim milk, salt, pepper, butter-flavored sprinkles, and chives. Mash with a potato masher or an electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes or until potato mixture is smooth.
