2	lb	Velveeta (brand name) American cheese-food loaf

Melt velveeta in microwave, stirring often. Stir in Rotel. Serve. It may need some milk to thin as it cools. It typically gets hotter as it cools as well. May put in crockpot to cook and hold warm.
