Title: Peta Onion Dip

Yield: 3 Cups

1lbSoft tofu
2tbLemon juice
2tsSugar
1/2tsSoy sauce; or tamari
1pkVegan dry onion soup mix

In a blender or food processor, combine tofu, lemon juice, sugar and soy sauce or tamari and blend until very smooth. Pour the mixture into a serving bowl and stir in the soup mix. Stir well and refrigerate for 4 hours.
