Title: Guacamole - Standard
Categories: Mexican Dip
Yield: 2 Cups

2lgRipe avocados
2tsFresh lime OR lemon juice
1/4cSour cream (optional)
1smClove garlic, crushed
1smTomato diced
1 Canned jalapeno, seeded and
  Finely chopped (optional)
1/4cOnion, finely minced

Halve the avocados, remove pit, scoop out pulp and mash with a fork. Add lime OR lemon juice sour cream (if using) and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.

Note: To prevent discoloration of dip, place pits on top of dip during storage.
