Title: Guacamole - Standard

Yield: 2 Cups
2 | lg | Ripe avocados |
2 | ts | Fresh lime OR lemon juice |
1/4 | c | Sour cream (optional) |
1 | sm | Clove garlic, crushed |
1 | sm | Tomato diced |
1 | Canned jalapeno, seeded and | |
Finely chopped (optional) | ||
1/4 | c | Onion, finely minced |
Halve the avocados, remove pit, scoop out pulp and mash with a fork. Add lime OR lemon juice sour cream (if using) and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
Note: To prevent discoloration of dip, place pits on top of dip during storage.
