1 | pk | Onion soup mix -- your |

1/2 | cn | Water chestnuts -- chopped |
1/2 | c | Mayonnaise |
1 | Loaf sourdough bread |
* I prefer Knorr's and I have also tried the onion/mushroom and other onion varieties.
Mix spinach, sour cream, soup mix, water chestnuts and mayonnaise and leave in the refrigerator for a few hours. Put in a hollowed-out loaf of very sour sourdough bread and serve with more bread pieces...yummy!
