Title: Casserole of Lobster

3 | Boiled lobsters | |
Butter for frying | ||
2 | c | Milk |
1/4 | lb | Butter |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||
2 | tb | Cornstarch |
Cornflakes |
Fry meat of two or three boiled lobsters in butter. Heat milk and 1/4 lb butter to boiling. Add cornstarch dissolved in a little water. Stir until it thickens. Salt and pepper to taste. Combine sauce and lobster and put into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with corn flakes, dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake about 20 minutes or until brown. Serve with baked potatoes and green beans.
