2 | ga | Tomato sauce |

1 | ga | Chili sauce |
2 | c | Worchestershire sauce |
2 | c | Sugar |
2 | c | Stewed tomatoes |
5 | lb | Onions, chopped |
3 | Celery heads, cut up | |
6 | Bell peppers, chopped | |
Salt | ||
Rice, cooked |
Saute onions, celery and peppers lightly. Mix other ingredients, simmer until vegetables are tender.
Add 5 lbs of peeled shrimp. Serve over rice.
Makes 5 gallons.
