Title: Stuffing for Squab, No. 1 - with Almonds

2 | tb | Butter |
1/4 | c | White bread crumbs |
1 | Egg; well beaten | |
1/2 | c | Milk; or cream |
Pepper and salt | ||
1/4 | c | Almonds; blanched |
Soak crumbs in milk, or milk and cream, mixed; add butter stirred to a cream, season to taste, add almonds, chopped.
Enough for 3 squabs.
