3 | Cloves fresh garlic, minced | |
3 | lb | Pork, cut in 2-inch cubes |
15 | Whole black peppercorns | |
1 | Bay leaf | |
1/2 | c | Vinegar |
6 | tb | Soy sauce |
2 | tb | Sugar |
Mix all ingredients together in large pot and simmer 1 hour. Serve with rice and green vegetables.
