"Gel and hair spray can make my hair so sticky that it seems that the shampoo isn't really doing the job. Mom taught me to add a teaspoon of baking powder to 1 c. of water and dump it on my head before shampooing. Just rub it in and then shampoo and all that coating is gone. Works like a charm. Mom is so smart!"
