Title: Impossible Creamed Peas and Ham Pie

10 | oz | Pkg. of frozen green peas |
2 | tb | Diced pimento |
1 | c | Cubed, fully cooked smoked |

1/3 | c | Half and half |
2 | Eggs | |
1/2 | c | Bisquick |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
2 | tb | Grated Parmesan cheese |

Heat oven to 375 F. Grease pie plate 9 x 1 1/4 inches. Rinse peas under cold water to thaw; drain thoroughly. Place peas, pimento and ham in plate. Beat half-and-half, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour inplate; sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
