Title: Impossible Ham and Crowder Pie

Yield: 1 Pie

1	pt	Crowder peas, drained and
		Rinsed.
3	tb	Diced pimento
1	sm	Can mushroom pieces
1 1/2	c	Cubed ham, cooked
1/3	c	Milk
3		Eggs
1	ts	Salt
1/2	ts	Pepper
1	ts	Paprika
1/2	c	Bisquick
		Grated parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350 F. Grease 10" deepdish pie pan with margarine.

Mix ham, pimento,peas, mushrooms together, put in piepan. Mix all other ingredients except Parmesan, mix well in blender, mixer, or with wire whisk. Pour over ham mixture. Bake 40 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle Parmesan to taste on top of hot pie. Let sit 5 minutes.
