Title: Broccoli & Lemon Dish

Yield: 5 Servings

2lbBroccoli, chopped
1c-Water
2 Lemons, juiced
1/4cWater
1tbCornstarch -=OR=- - potato starch - (for Passover)

Steam broccoli over water in a large pot for several mins, until tender. In a separate pot over medium heat, constantly stir elmon juice, water & cornstarch until sauce thickens, abt 2 mins. Serve over steamed broccoli.
