Title: Broccoli & Lemon Dish

2 | lb | Broccoli, chopped |
1 | c | -Water |
2 | Lemons, juiced | |
1/4 | c | Water |
1 | tb | Cornstarch -=OR=- - potato starch - (for Passover) |
Steam broccoli over water in a large pot for several mins, until tender. In a separate pot over medium heat, constantly stir elmon juice, water & cornstarch until sauce thickens, abt 2 mins. Serve over steamed broccoli.
