| 1 1/2 | lb | Hamburg |
| 1 | sm | Onion, chopped |
| 1 | sm | Pepper, chopped |
| 1 | sl | Sharp cheese |
| 1 | cn | Tomato sauce |
| | ds | Oregano |
| | ds | Garlic salt |
| | | Salt |
| | | Pepper |
Cook onion and pepper in fry pan until golden. Form sixteen small hamburg
patties. On eight patties, place a small piece (about 1 inch square) of
cheese. Place remaining patties on top of each patty with cheese. Pinch
edges to make each patty tightly formed. Brown on each side in fry pan
with onion and pepper. Add tomato sauce, cover and simmer about 20
minutes.
