1/3 | c | Ketchup |
1/4 | c | Soy sauce |
2 | tb | Brown sugar |
3 | tb | Lemon juice |
1/4 | ts | Garlic powder |
1/8 | ts | Red pepper |
3 | lb | Chicken wings |
Paprika |
Combine all ingredients except chicken wings and paprika in a 2-cup measure and mix well.
Cut chicken wings apart at joints and discard tip portions. Arrange pieces in a 12"x8" microwave-safe baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Mix lightly to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, occasionally rearranging chicken pieces to coat thoroughly. Turn chicken pieces again just prior to cooking. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave (high) 16 to 18 minutes or until chicken is tender, stirring once. Pour off marinade. Transfer drained wings to serving plate.
