1/4 | c | Butter |
1/4 | c | Minced onion |
1/2 | lb | Mushrooms, thickly sliced |
4 | c | Turkey, cut up |
2 | cn | Golden mushroom soup 10 1/2 |
| | Oz. size |
2 | pk | Frozen crab 6 oz. size |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
1 | c | Sour cream |
| | Cooked rice |
Saute onions in butter. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Add turkey,
undiluted soup, crab chunks and pepper. Simmer, stirring occasionally
until bubbly hot, about 15 minutes. Just before serving, stir in sour
cream; heat throughly but don't allow it to boil. Serve over rice. Randy
