Title: Turkey and Crab Stroganoff

1/4cButter
1/4cMinced onion
1/2lbMushrooms, thickly sliced
4cTurkey, cut up
2cnGolden mushroom soup 10 1/2
  Oz. size
2pkFrozen crab 6 oz. size
1/4tsPepper
1cSour cream
  Cooked rice

Saute onions in butter. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Add turkey, undiluted soup, crab chunks and pepper. Simmer, stirring occasionally until bubbly hot, about 15 minutes. Just before serving, stir in sour cream; heat throughly but don't allow it to boil. Serve over rice. Randy Rigg
