Title: Sharon's Super Spanish Rice

1 | lb | Lean ground beef |
6 | cn | Tomato sauce (6oz) |
1 | c | Tomato paste (small |
1 | Green pepper, chopped | |
1 | sm | Onion, chopped |
1 | cn | Rotel diced tomatoes |
6 | oz | Water,(use sauce can) |
1 | tb | Chili powder |
1/2 | ts | Black pepper |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Garlic powder |
Brown ground beef, onion, and green pepper together. Drain. Put into large heavy pan. Add rest of ingredients. Cover and simmer about 1 1/2 hour or until rice is done. Stir often to keep from sticking.
