Title: Tomatoes and Mashed Potatoes

Mashed potatoes | ||
1/2 | c | Nut meats (optional) |
Parsley (optional) | ||
Stuffed olives (optional) |
Place tomatoes (prepared as described in making Tomato Cases) in a pan with enough water to keep them from scorching and bake for 10 minutes at 350 F. If you wish you may add 1/2 cup broken nut meats.
Fill the tomato cases and garnish with whole nut meats, a sprig of parsley or sliced stuffed olives.
Return to oven and bake until done.
