Title: Sweet and Sour Meatloaf

8 | oz | Tomato sauce (1 can) |
1/4 | c | Brown sugar |
1/4 | c | Vinegar |
1 | ts | Mustard |
2 | lb | Ground beef |
1 | c | Sliced mushrooms |
1 | Egg, slightly beaten | |
1/4 | c | Onion, minced |
1/4 | c | Crushed crackers |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
Combine first 4 ingredients to make sauce. Combine remaining ingredients, kneading together with hands. Add 1/2 tomato sauce mixture. Put in loaf pan. Pour remaining sauce over loaf. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
