2 | | Parsnips, peeled and cut into sticks 1/4 inch wide and 2 inc |
2 | | Carrots, cut like parsnips |
1 | | Zucchini, cut like parnsips |
1 | | Yellow squash, cut same as parsnips |
2 | tb | Minced green onion |
2 | tb | Minced parsley |
2 | tb | Lemon juice |
1/2 | ts | Nature's Seasonings |
Place broth, parsnips, and carrots in a shallow pan and cook, covered, over
med high heat for about 5 minutes. Add zucchini and squash, and cook 2
mins more. Add water if necessary. Toss with remaining ingredients. Serve
