1 | (12-inch) pizza crust | |
1 | tb | Olive or vegetable oil |
1 | c | (8 oz.) pizza sauce |
1 1/2 | c | (6oz.) shredded mozzarella |
1 | c | Or 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple |
Tidbits or chunks, drained | ||
1/4 | c | Sliced pepperoni |
2 | tb | Red or green bell pepper |
Slices | ||
2 | tb | Chopped green onion |
Brush crust with oil. Spoon sauce over crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with pineapple, pepperoni, bell pepper and green onion. Bake at 425 F. 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Makes 8 servings.
