Title: Red Pepper Homemade Sausage

1 | lb | Bacon |
4 | lb | Pork |
5 | ts | Salt |
1 | tb | Black pepper |
1/2 | ts | Red pepper |
1 | tb | Sage |
1/4 | tb | Nutmeg |
1/2 | ts | Thyme |
With electric food grinder, grind together pork and bacon. Add all of the above ingredients and with hands, mix together until well blended in. With meat press, press into thin patties. Freeze in handi-wrap and scott wax paper, until ready to use. Cook in covered frypan 20 minutes, turning over every 5 minutes. From: Rich Harper
