Title: Wine Marinade for Steaks

Yield: 2 1/2 cups

1	c	Oil, salad
1	c	Sherry, cooking; or red wine
1/2	c	Soy sauce
4	ts	Worcestershire sauce
3	ts	Garlic powder
	ds	Pepper; freshly ground

Combine all ingredients. Marinate steak 4 hours or overnight.
