Title: Cheesy Crabmeat Soup

Yield: 6 Servings
1/2 | c | Thinly-sliced celery |
1/2 | c | Thinly-sliced carrot |
2 | tb | Chopped onion |
1 | tb | Water |
10 3/4 | oz | Can condensed creamy natural potato soup |
3 | c | Milk |
6 1/2 | oz | Can crabmeat, rinsed and drained |
1 | c | Shredded cheddar cheese |
1 | To 2 tb dry white wine | |

Combine celery, carrot, onion and water in a 2 qt glass mix & pour bowl. Cover with casserole lid. Microwave (High) for 4 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in soup, milk, crab, cheese and wine. Microwave (High), uncovered, for 6 to 7 minutes or until heated through, stirring once. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Tips: Canned shrimp or clams can be substituted for crabmeat. When substituting clams, use liquid for part of milk and do not rinse clams.
