Title: Sweet Lumpia Sauce

Yield: 1 Cup

1	c	Chicken or meat broth
1/3	c	Brown sugar
4		Cloves garlic; crushed
1 1/2	ts	Cornstarch; dissolved in
2	tb	Soy sauce
	x	Liquid hot pepper sauce

In a small saucepan combine broth, sugar, and garlic and bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Reduce mixture by one third, stir in dissolved cornstarch, and cook until thickened and glossy. Add a few drops of hot pepper sauce, if desired.
