Title: Stuffed Spinach Shells

12 | oz | Jumbo shells |
32 | oz | Spaghetti sauce |
2 | c | Cottage cheese |
2 | c | Shredded mozzarella cheese |
1/2 | c | Parmesan cheese |
1 | sm | Onion, diced |
2 | tb | Parsley flakes |
1 | tb | Oregano |
1/2 | ts | Garlic powder |
10 | oz | Frozen spinach |
Cook jumbo shells according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Pour 1/2 of spaghetti sauce into bottom of crockpot. Combine all remaining
ingredients. Stuff each shell with spinach mixture and layer into
crockpot. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over shells. Cook on low for 4
hours or until heated and bubbly. Submitted by Janet Suderman,
