Title: Lentils and Rice Pilaf

2cLow-salt vegetable stock
1cWater
1/2cLong grain white rice
1/2cLentils
1mdOnion; sliced
2mdTomatoes; diced
1tsDried thyme
  Salt and pepper to taste

Combine the stock and water. Brings 2 cups liquid to a boil. Rinse lentil
