Title: Plain Pie Pastry

Yield: 1 Pie
3 | c | Flour |
1 | c | Shortening |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Baking powder |
2/3 | c | Water (iced) |
Sift flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl and cut in shortening with a pastry blender. Add ice water and mix lightly until dough forms a solid mass. Chill. Roll out and line pie shell. Trim edges and bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
