Title: Joan Basson's Mother's Pie Crust

Yield: 2 Servings
2 1/2 | c | Flour |
1 | c | Crisco |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/3 | c | Ice water |
Mix dry ingredients with Crisco using pastry blender. Add ice water a little at a time until desired consistency is reached. Roll out and put in pie tin. This recipe is good doubled. A single recipe makes a top, a bottom and a thin second bottom crust or a crust for a smaller pie.
