Title: Hoosier Blackberry Pie Filling

4cBlackberries
1cSugar
3 1/2tbTapioca
1tbAll-purpose flour
1tbLemon juice
1/8tsSalt
  Sugar

In a mixing bowl, combine blackberries, sugar, tapioca, flour, lemon juice and salt; mix together. Let berry mixture stand for 15 minutes. Sprinkle sugar over pastry in pie plate; then pour berries into pie shell. Cover with lattice top.

Bake at 425F. for 15 minutes; then reduce heat to 375F. and continue baking for 35 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
