Title: Alternative Sauce for Goat
Categories: Sauce Southern Peppers Nut Vegetable
Yield: 4 Cups

3cWhite wine
6tbButter
3tbSoy sauce
1cPeanuts, chopped in a blen-
  Der or food processor
3tbGround hot red pepper
3 Green onions, chopped

Mix all the ingredients together in a heavy saucepan. Bring to the boil and serve hot.

This sauce is also wonderful served with grilled rabbit, but be sure to cut the recipe at least by half.
