Title: Alternative Sauce for Goat

Yield: 4 Cups
3 | c | White wine |
6 | tb | Butter |
3 | tb | Soy sauce |
1 | c | Peanuts, chopped in a blen- |
Der or food processor | ||
3 | tb | Ground hot red pepper |
3 | Green onions, chopped |
Mix all the ingredients together in a heavy saucepan. Bring to the boil and serve hot.
This sauce is also wonderful served with grilled rabbit, but be sure to cut the recipe at least by half.
