1 | c | Chopped English walnuts |
1/2 | c | Cream |
1/4 | c | Firmly packed brown sugar |
1 | c | Chopped raisins |
1 | pn | Salt |
2 | tb | Lemon juice |
Unbaked 9-inch pastry shell |
Combine first six ingredients and pour into a pastry-lined pie pan (or pastry shell). Bake at 425F. until crust is crisp and evenly browned.
