Title: Italian Salad Dressing

1 | c | Olive oil |
4 | tb | Onion, minced |
2 | tb | Parmesan cheese, grated |
4 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Accent (optional) |
1/4 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | Small clove of garlic | |
1/4 | ts | Dry mustard |
1 1/2 | ts | Basil |
1 1/2 | ts | Oregano |
1 1/2 | ts | Sugar |
4 | Grinds black pepper | |
1/3 | c | Tarragon vinegar |
2 | tb | Lemon juice |
In a blender, blend all the ingredients except the vinegar and lemon juice for 30 seconds. Add the vinegar and lemon juice and blend for an additional 30 seconds. Shake well before using.
