Kathy says this is jer very favorite version of this dressing. Make a dressing with a good olive oil and wine vinegar. add a pinch of dry mustard, plenty of cracked pepper, and a generous ammount of BIG hunks of Blue cheese crumbled in. Especially nice on a romaine lettuce salad.

She says she doesn't take credit for the recipe but that it's her version of the house dressing at Rudford's restaurant, a classic diner in San Diego. She reccommends the place.
