| 1 | | Granny smith apple; thinly sliced |
| 1 | c | Orange juice |
| 10 | oz | Fresh spinach; torn in bite-size pi |
| 1 | md | Tomato; cut in wedges |
| 4 | sl | Bacon; crisp-fried,crumbled |
| 1/3 | c | Walnuts; chopped |
| 1 | c | Mayonnaise |
combine apple slices with orange juice in bowl. Place spinach in large
salad bowl. Drain apple slices, reserving 1/2 cup orange juice. Arrange
tomato wedges and apple slices over spinach. Sprinkle bacon and walnuts in
center. Blend reserved orange juice with mayonnaise in bowl. Drizzle over
salad.
